We want you to love your upcycled football gear! Here’s how our return policy works:

Returns for Ready-Made Items

• You can return any ready-made upcycled item (such as hats or bags) within 14 days of receiving your order.
  
  
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with any tags attached.
  
  
• To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thisisfc88.com with your order number.
  
  
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
  
  

Custom-Made Items

• Since custom-made items are created from your personal football shirt, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  
  
• However, if there is a mistake on our part (wrong item, incorrect customization, or a quality issue), please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will make it right.
